Every now and then, a client will remind us why our mission is so important to us and our community; every now and then we are reminded why we do what we do. A couple of weeks ago, one of our clients wrote a review on facebook about their latest experience at our Suffolk office. We were moved and humbled by her words, and we hope to continue making a positive impact in the lives of our clients. Read her testimony below:

My husband and I dropped in to ask questions about an ad we saw in the paper. Josh Grohler and the staff were great and got my husband right in for a hearing test and fitting. We purchased a pair of hearing aids for my husband and he has been thrilled with them. I am the primary caregiver for an 86 year old widow and I was asking Josh Grohler questions about whether her insurance would cover a pair of hearing aids because she is fixed income and could not afford a pair. The insurance did not but Josh offered to make my husband’s old hearing aids work for her. I was in tears over this offer. Josh and the staff couldn’t have been nicer when we took her in. I can not express my gratitude for Josh and the staff. I definitely recommend them and the products they sell.
