Having visited Beltone Hearing Center, I was met by a very peasant, friendly, knowledgeable and professional staff who went above and beyond to ensure that my hearing needs were met. Prior to arriving, I experienced some difficulties finding the precise location of the office. I called the office and was pleasantly surprised when one of the staff members who answered, stayed with me on the phone. Through her step by step directions, I was guided to the correct location. Upon reaching the office, Mr. Michael Lee, the Hearing Instrument Specialist was waiting outside to assure me that I was at the right place. He escorted me in. The overall service I received at Beltone was phenomenal from start to finish. In addition, to the great hospitality shown to me and other clients, I was also impressed by the aesthetically pleasing office environment in which I was served. I am currently super pleased with the pair of hearing devices fitted. The technology is second to none and has enhanced the quality of my life, particularly, in social and professional settings.
