Alison Sorrells has proudly served Beltone in Hampton Roads since mid-2019. In 2022, she obtained her Hearing Aid Specialist license through the Commonwealth of Virginia, further strengthening her commitment to providing exceptional hearing healthcare to the patients she serves.
Ali holds a bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration as well as a bachelor’s degree in service management with a specialization in Hospitality from Ashford University (now the University of Arizona Global Campus). Her educational background, combined with her strong patient-centered approach, allows her to deliver both high-quality clinical support and an outstanding patient experience.
Before entering the hearing healthcare field, Ali worked in the childcare industry, a transition that brought a new pace and perspective to her professional life. What began as a career change quickly became a passion. Ali finds great fulfillment in helping individuals reconnect with the sounds of their lives and takes pride in supporting each patient on their hearing journey. Her patients hold a very special place in her heart, and many have become like extended family to her.
Outside of the office, Ali stays busy with her three children. Her oldest son, Cameron (21), currently lives in Michigan, while Emma (18) and Hallie (16) reside at home. Ali is also a devoted dog mom to her very spoiled Staffordshire Terrier, Mathew. In her free time, she enjoys making memories with her family whether it is spending time at the beach or pool, riding roller coasters at Busch Gardens, or going on family walks.
